t is very important to manage mould workshop with5s system, so that workers could improve work effenicy.
Firstly, manager workers to trim the parts and moulds, different kind of mould has different parts, the parts should put together with the moulds. Throw the goods which no need, to keep the workshop clean.
The second S is section, According to the tool which need most, which need less to classify the parts.
The third S is seiso. Clean the workshop totally, to find some problem
The forth S is Seiketsu, to solve the problem one by one.
The fifth S is Shitsuke, Manage workers according to rule to put the parts in the right way, and slove problem on time.
If managers and workers could pratise 5s well, the company will run better and better.
